Your Responsibilities:

• Independent management of client projects in the rental sector
• Identification and approach of suitable candidates through various channels
• Conducting interviews and assessing applicant qualifications
• Active support and retention of existing clients as well as expansion of the client network
• Co-design and optimisation of recruitment processes
• Market analysis and monitoring of industry trends

Your Profile:

• At least 3 years of professional experience as a recruitment consultant in the rental sector
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Independent, structured and goal-oriented working style
• High service orientation and empathy
• Confident use of common HR software solutions and MS Office
