Your Challenge
You will further develop the operations strategy and ensure a powerful, efficient and future-oriented organisation. In doing so, you lead and develop the areas of production, manufacturing engineering and maintenance. In the future, supply chain management will also be integrated into your area of responsibility, so that you would then be responsible for a total of 60 employees. You ensure safety, quality, productivity and delivery reliability. As a member of the management team, you actively shape the company’s development and drive transformation, digitalisation, investments and cross-departmental projects forward.
Your Profile
You have a technical university degree with business management training and several years of leadership experience in an international manufacturing company. Solid experience in operations and supply chain management forms the basis. As an entrepreneurial, success-oriented personality with natural authority and foresight, you drive change and further develop people and organisations. You are fluent in German and English.
