The Tschuggen Grand Hotel in Arosa is a 5-star superior luxury hotel located at 1,800m altitude in the Grisons mountains. As one of the four houses of "The Tschuggen Collection", our hotel offers 128 individually designed rooms, suites and mountain lofts, as well as four stylish restaurants – including the gourmet highlight La Brezza with 19 Gault Millau points & two Michelin stars – and an impressive 5,000 m² spa mountain oasis, designed by Mario Botta.

🎯 YOUR PROFILE
- Completed training as a Hairdresser - Coiffeur / Coiffeuse EFZ or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience, ideally in a 5*-hotel, luxury spa or upscale salon
- Passion for excellent service as well as a keen sense of trends, style and aesthetics
- High expertise in cutting, colouring and styling techniques
- Enjoyment in individual consultation of demanding, international guests
- Confident handling of MS Office and ideally experience with appointment and cash register systems TAC
- Fluent German and English skills; additional foreign languages are an advantage
- Well-groomed appearance, excellent manners and a confident demeanour
- Independent, responsible and structured way of working
- Sales strength and pleasure in recommending high-quality hair care products and treatments
- Team-oriented, flexible and resilient personality with a high service orientation

- Professional execution of ladies', gentlemen's and children's haircuts as well as individual stylings
- Performing colourations, tonings, care treatments and other high-quality hairdressing services
- Personal and type-appropriate consultation of our international guests regarding hairstyles, hair care and styling
- Active sale of exclusive hair care and styling products
- Ensuring a first-class guest experience with the highest service and consultation quality
- Responsibility for the preparation and maintenance of the hair salon according to our 5-star superior standards
- Professional appointment planning and close cooperation with the spa reception
- Compliance with the highest hygiene, quality and safety standards
- Participation in seasonal promotions, exclusive events and individual guest requests
- Close cooperation with the spa team to create a holistic wellness and beauty experience
- Support in sales in our hotel shop
- Support of the spa reception team
