For the Wallisellen-Dietlikon City Clerk and Debt Collection Office, which processes around 9,500 debt collections and 4,000 seizures, we are looking to strengthen our team starting January 1, 2026, or by agreement, for the position of

Your Tasks

• Execution of seizures and security measures in the office and on-site, including drafting of documents
• Independent correspondence (form management) with all stakeholders
• Ensuring efficient and effective workflows with resource and schedule planning
• Independent processing of city clerk matters

Your Profile

• Federal Certificate of Competence in Debt Collection and Bankruptcy, specialization in Debt Collection (or in training for it)
• Very good IT user skills (M365)
• Willingness to attend professional training courses
• Positive attitude and interest in dealing with diverse people
• Empathy, negotiation skills, and assertiveness
• Customer-oriented attitude and high service orientation
• Team spirit, flexibility, resilience, and a responsible and precise work style
