Production Mechanic – CNC Manufacturing, Long Turning Area
Activities
- Programming, setting up, and operating CNC long turning machines (FANUC control)
- Independently optimizing existing programs and manufacturing processes
- Working on conventional machines
- Ensuring the required quality standards by measuring and inspecting the manufactured parts
- Performing general workshop tasks
- Continuous improvement of machining techniques and processes
Requirements
- Completed training as a polymechanic EFZ or production mechanic EFZ
- Several years of professional experience in the CNC field, especially in long turning
- Experience in independently programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines
- Good knowledge of ISO programming (FANUC advantageous)
- Good German skills in spoken and written form
- Team-oriented, reliable, and resilient personality
- Independent, solution-oriented thinking and working style
