Group Leader (50-100%) - Sternekita Wangen near Olten

The Sternekita Wangen near Olten, a QualiKita-certified daycare centre, is looking for a committed group leader at 50-100% workload from 1.6.2026 or by arrangement.

About us:

We care daily for around 30 children aged from 3 months to school age at three modernly equipped locations. Our educational work is based on the proven concepts elmar and Purzelbaum. As a QualiKita-certified institution, we guarantee the highest quality of care in small groups with professionally trained staff.

Your tasks:

• Supporting the daycare manager in leadership, planning and administration

• Structuring and quality assurance of operations according to QualiKita standards as well as staff management

• Responsible implementation and monitoring of our educational concepts elmar and Purzelbaum

• Professional leadership of a children's group as a key person

• Active contact maintenance and collaboration with children and parents

• Support with housekeeping and garden maintenance

Your profile:

• Completed training as a childcare specialist (childcare focus)

• Experience in group leadership

• Very good German skills and confident PC use

• Strong leadership qualities and business understanding

• High self-motivation and excellent teamwork skills

• Valid driving licence

Your personality:

You are a flexible, proactive and communicative individual. With your open and likeable manner, you quickly gain the trust of children and parents. You remain calm and composed even in challenging situations.
