• Planning, coordination and evaluation of the entire nursing process
• Implementation of preventive, diagnostic and therapeutic measures

• Early detection of changes in health status and professional action in emergency situations
• Ensuring a high standard of nursing and care quality
• Close collaboration with doctors, relatives, health insurance companies and external specialist agencies
• Active exchange and cooperation within the interdisciplinary team

What you bring:

• Completed training as a Certified Nurse HF/FH, DNI/II, AKP, PsyKP or an equivalent qualification recognised in Switzerland
• Enjoyment of a responsible and varied role
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
• High social competence and a lot of empathy in dealing with elderly people
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
• Ideally experience with the RAI-LTCF system or willingness to develop in this area
• Experience or interest in dementia and palliative care is an advantage
