Caretaker 100% (m/f/d)

Do you enjoy practical work, keep an overview, and ensure with your commitment that buildings and facilities function reliably? Do you like working independently, precisely, and in a structured manner? Then you are exactly right with us!

Your main tasks

• Regular inspection and assessment of properties and building infrastructure, reporting any defects if necessary
• Operation and monitoring of building services systems, carrying out repair work and initiating fault rectifications
• Supervision and monitoring of external craftsmen
• Planning, coordination, and execution of all maintenance work (garden / caretaking / winter service)
• Supervising the cleaning staff and assisting with cleaning
• Waste separation and disposal
• On-call duties

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as a facility maintenance specialist EFZ or in building technology, ideally further training as a caretaker with a federal certificate of competence
• Experience in building maintenance and cleaning
• Manual skills and technical understanding
• Organisational talent and independent working style
• Team spirit and good communication skills
