About the job
Gässliacker is a medium-sized centre for elderly care and health with around 130 employees. We care for and support 81 residents in the nursing home and up to 15 day guests in day care. Furthermore, we offer 60 senior apartments with services. The modern infrastructure, our diverse gardens, and the beautiful location complement our services. To strengthen our domestic services team, we are looking for an all-rounder in domestic services (m/f/d) to start immediately or by arrangement.
Workload: 90 - 100 %
Your tasks:
- Visual, maintenance, and basic cleaning of residents' rooms, offices, and common areas
- Machine cleaning of floors and corridors
- Cleaning of our senior apartments
- Window cleaning
- Plant and flower care
- Assistance in the in-house laundry (sorting, washing, drying, ironing, folding laundry)
- Careful and safe handling of washing and cleaning agents
- Carrying out sewing and mending tasks (or willingness to learn these)
- Cleaning of machines, equipment, and work areas
- Assistance with seasonal decoration
- Compliance with safety and hygiene regulations
You bring with you:
- Training in domestic services or many years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in healthcare is a great advantage
- Service-oriented, committed, and resilient personality with joy in working with elderly people
- High social competence, flexibility, teamwork skills, and reliability
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
- Willingness to work weekends (approx. 1 Saturday or Sunday per month)
