Mountain Vision AG bundles all overarching services of the group. Our corporate events team plans and realises formats from 10 to well over 1,000 participants – from incentives to international congresses. To strengthen our team, we are looking for you: a personality with sales drive, organisational talent and genuine passion for the LAAX lifestyle.
As a passionate event manager, you sell not only trendy products but also the LAAX lifestyle and are creatively involved in the further development of our MICE business.
• Designing experiences: You conceive, plan and accompany MICE events that make brand messages tangible and bind customers in the long term.
• Managing processes: From the offer to the debrief – you keep budget, timings and service providers under control.
• Driving sales: You convince existing and new customers (calls, callbacks, cold calls) of our alpine experience worlds.
• Admin in flow: Bookings, contracts, invoices – you handle event administration routinely with our PMS (Protel).
• Living team spirit: Together with colleagues, you develop new products, packages and workflows for the MICE sector.
• Several years of experience in event or banquet sales (hotel/location)
• Organisational talent and an eye for detail – even when 1,000 things are happening at once
• Affinity for numbers and administration: Budgets, reports, contracts do not scare you
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in German; English or other languages are a plus
• Confident, likeable appearance – internally and externally
• System knowledge of hotel PMS (Protel)
• CRM and experience with Creatio an advantage
