Production Employee Bakery

For our valued client, we are looking for a dedicated production employee who wants to become part of a dynamic team. You will work in a pleasant working environment and contribute to the company’s success.

Your tasks:

• Operation and monitoring of production equipment
• Preparation and production of doughs and other baked goods
• Ensuring consistent production quality
• Active participation in the optimisation of production processes

Your profile:

• Important: Ability to regularly carry 25kg sacks
• Desirable:
  1. Qualified baker, baker-confectioner or food technologist
  2. Many years of experience in dough production and operating various production equipment
• Requirements:
  • Willingness to work 2-3 Sundays per month and on public holidays
  • Experience in production
  • Initiative and ability to work independently
  • Technical understanding
  • Ability to think in a connected way
  • Good German language skills, spoken and written
  • Ability to calculate dough batches
  • Physical fitness
