Your activity

Support of the bar staff in the station, e.g. preparation of the bar MEP
Compliance with the HACCP concept
Adherence to and self-study of the standards for the Leading Hotel of the World
Ensuring cleanliness in the public bar & lounges area as well as in the back of house area
Support for the smooth running of the various outlets by polishing glasses and cutlery, folding napkins, refilling and checking drawers
High learning competence (recipes, preparatory work, open wines and menu)

Your profile

Studying at a Swiss hotel management school
Independent, hygienic and precise way of working
Good German & English skills in spoken and written form, other languages are an advantage
Quick comprehension and good coordination
Friendly and cheerful appearance as well as good people skills
Handling hectic situations while maintaining a professional way of working
