Together with our client, an established fiduciary company in the Bern region, we are looking by arrangement for a Mandate Manager Fiduciary 60-100%. The focus is on holistic support of clients as well as a modern, digitalised advisory approach. An uncomplicated collaboration and short decision-making paths characterise the working day. Your tasks with the new employer

• You manage your own portfolio of mandates holistically and act as a competent contact person for financial, business management, and fiduciary issues
• In addition to responsibility for financial accounting, taxes, and payroll administration, you actively advise your clients on entrepreneurial decisions
• You accompany demanding projects from idea to implementation and contribute your expertise in structural or organisational matters in a targeted manner
• Through close collaboration with internal specialists, you make an important contribution to the further development of the team and the services offered

You offer your new employer

• You have further training in fiduciary, finance, or accounting, ideally at the specialist certificate or expert level
• Several years of experience in mandate management or customer support within a fiduciary environment enable you to handle demanding mandates confidently
• You communicate fluently in German and are proficient in various accounting and ERP solutions
