For the Raiffeisenbank Worblen-Emmental, a successful and locally focused bank with branches in Biglen, Boll, Ittigen, Ostermundigen and Worb, we are looking for a personality as a Customer Advisor (m/f/d) immediately or by agreement.Customer Advisor (m/f/d)
What can you expect?
- Advising and serving our walk-in customers as well as managing the team customer portfolio in the areas of payments, savings, investments and retirement planning
- Identifying and exploiting customer potential through active and continuous support as well as referral to the responsible specialists
- Opportunities for further development in customer advisory
- Close collaboration with a committed team and active contribution to successful customer care
- Supporting the team in the management and maintenance of our ATMs and ensuring their reliable operation for our customers
What do you bring with you?
- Completed banking training or experience in a comparable customer advisory role
- Strong customer- and sales-oriented thinking and acting as well as enjoyment of personal customer contact
