Operational Buyer (m/f/d) 80-100%

Your Tasks

• Execution of the entire operational purchasing process for defined product groups
• Obtaining and comparing offers as well as order processing
• Monitoring deadlines and ensuring timely delivery
• Maintaining master data and continuous optimisation of purchasing processes
• Close cooperation with internal interfaces such as production, logistics and quality assurance
• Handling complaints and resolving delivery discrepancies
• Support with inventories and reporting

Your Profile

• Completed commercial or technical training
• Initial professional experience in operational purchasing, ideally in industry
• Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems
• Fluent German skills, English skills advantageous
• Organisational talent, strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
