The scope of activities includes technical consulting, system integration, and the sales of sophisticated products for special vehicles, machinery, and emergency vehicles. As Team Leader Service Centre, you combine your technical expertise with organisational skills and a strong customer focus. You ensure efficient service operations, actively participate in repairs and diagnostics, and continuously develop the service processes and workshop organisation.
Responsibilities:
Active participation in repairs, diagnostics, and cable assemblies
Operational organisation of the service centre including deployment planning, prioritisation, and quality assurance
Planning and ensuring fixed workshop capacities for cable assembly and item repairs
Technical consulting in repair, warranty, and service cases
Handling customer complaints and professional complaint management
Development and implementation of sustainable solutions for technical and customer-related concerns
Responsibility for spare parts management and forward-looking resource planning
Qualifications:
Technical training or further education in vehicle electrics, domestic electrics, electronics, or comparable
Professional experience in after-sales service or a technical service environment
Enjoyment of organisation, planning, and structured processes
Strong technical understanding and enthusiasm for practical work
Likeable, warm, and customer-oriented personality
Independent, reliable, and resilient working style
Good oral and written German and English skills
