In the Payment Operations area, you will ensure the smooth processing of national and international payments together with your team. From order entry through booking to reconciliation, you will ensure efficient and high-quality processing procedures. In doing so, you make an important contribution to compliance with sanctions requirements and to the high satisfaction of our customers. In a regulated environment, you take on responsibility and gradually develop into a specialised field of activity.
Your tasks
- Processing payments that have been rejected within the sanctions screening process
- Checking payments according to applicable sanctions, compliance, and internal guidelines
- Participating in a regulated environment with a focus on efficiency, quality, and responsibility
- Working in a dynamic process with the requirement for same-day payment processing
- Ensuring continuous, timely processing of a high volume of payment orders
Your profile
- Completed basic training (e.g. commercial apprenticeship or equivalent); a degree is an advantage but not a requirement
- Initial experience in an administrative or process-oriented environment
- Enjoyment of mostly repetitive, structured tasks in a high-volume environment
- Flexibility and willingness to work on predictable high-volume days (especially Mondays, Fridays, beginning/end of month as well as before and after public holidays)
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written (at least C1)
