YOUR MISSION
The healthcare sector is undergoing a transformation and Switzerland needs to catch up. Modern IT solutions are part of a modern healthcare provider, just like medical services and care.At adesso, we support major healthcare service providers in their digital transformation and eHealth/mHealth solution providers thanks to our expertise in processes and IT.
Help us with your knowledge and skills so that we can contribute to preparing the Swiss healthcare system for the future. Your tasks include:
- Analyzing client requirements in the field of healthcare IT.
- Developing concepts and technical architectures for innovative solutions in the field of eHealth and mHealth.
- Collaborating in the development of offers and supporting activities.
- Representing adesso in associations and interest groups related to eHealth.
- Providing expertise for colleagues and advising clients on eHealth/mHealth and IHE topics.
YOUR PROFILE
- Degree in computer science or equivalent qualification and practical experience as a Lead Developer or architect.
- Expert knowledge in Java, SOAP, REST; any other high-level language would be a plus.
- Knowledge in Domain Driven Development (DDD).
- General Java frameworks, Java EE, and modern web frameworks.
- Experience working with Apache Camel and IPF.
- Experience with underlying HL7 and FHIR technologies; knowledge of CDA-CH-II would be a plus.
- Familiar with continuous integration and test-driven development.
- Knowledge of at least two of the following languages: MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server.
- Experience working with Docker; Kubernetes would be a plus.
- NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra, CouchDB) would be a plus.
- Experience with hyperscalers like Azure or AWS would be a plus.
- Knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system as well as the electronic patient record DEP.
- English, French, or German with knowledge of the other language is always a plus.
