Application Manager Cloud Services (m/f/d)

About the job

Establish and operate modern, secure and efficient cloud solutions with us at FINMA! We are already underway but still have a lot ahead of us!

• Operational management of cloud services with a focus on Microsoft Azure and M365
• Support and advice for projects in the introduction and implementation of new cloud services
• Creation and processing of ITSM tickets in the processes of incident, problem and change management as well as handling service requests
• Monitoring performance, availability and utilisation of services as well as continuous optimisation
• Planning, coordination and implementation of activities in application lifecycle management in coordination with specialist managers and suppliers

• Completed degree in business informatics or comparable education and training
• At least 3 years of relevant experience as an application manager in operation, maintenance and further development of cloud services
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, M365, Intune, Purview, Windows 365 and ideally SharePoint Online
• Experience with collaboration tools (MS Teams, Webex), Windows servers, databases, virtualisation technologies as well as SSO connections
• Analytical, structured and independent working style as well as openness to agile methods
• Very good oral and written German (C2) and English skills (C1)
