To support our team in the St. Gallen region for commercial properties in Neumarkt, we are looking for a

Technical Caretaker SG (m/f/d) 100 %

Technical Caretaker SG Neumarkt (m/f/d) 100 %

Your tasks

• You will look after our commercial properties in Neumarkt in St. Gallen on a shift basis.
• You will clean indoor areas such as stairwells, shopping arcades, and toilet facilities as well as the outdoor areas.
• You will open and close the shopping centre according to the duty roster.
• You will inspect and maintain technical systems and operate, among others, the fire alarm and smoke extraction system.
• You will use cleaning machines professionally.
• If necessary, you will take on on-call duties and winter services.

Your profile

• You have completed an apprenticeship in a technical or craft profession and ideally have experience in caretaking.
• Cleaning and maintenance of technical systems are among your strengths. You recognise faults and initiate the necessary measures.
• You are willing to work early and late shifts as well as on Saturdays.
• You work independently and reliably, are a team player, and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• You have very good German skills, a category B driving licence, and an impeccable reputation.
