Because every visit contributes to the well-being and home support of patients, we are looking for committed, autonomous professionals with excellent interpersonal skills.
For several of our partners active in home care throughout the canton of Vaud, we are recruiting Community Health and Care Assistants (ASSC) as well as Health Auxiliaries for short and long-term temporary assignments.
Assignments are distributed across the various sectors of the canton of Vaud, depending on your place of residence and the needs of the organisations.
ASSC & Health Auxiliaries in Home Care
Your mission
Within multidisciplinary teams, you actively participate in the care of beneficiaries at home by providing the necessary care and support for their comfort, safety and autonomy.
Your main responsibilities:
- Provide hygiene, comfort and well-being care.
- Perform basic care as well as delegated medical-technical acts according to your role.
- Support beneficiaries in daily living activities.
- Contribute to maintaining patients’ autonomy and quality of life.
- Observe the health status of beneficiaries and relay relevant information to the care team.
- Ensure communication and traceability of interventions.
- Collaborate with various professionals involved in the care pathway.
Your profile
- Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as Community Health and Care Assistant (ASSC) or Swiss Red Cross Health Auxiliary certificate, or an equivalent qualification.
- Experience in home care, nursing homes or hospital settings is an asset.
- Ability to work independently while integrating within a team.
- Organisational skills and sense of responsibility.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and good listening abilities.
- Flexibility, adaptability and initiative.
- Driving licence essential.
