Your area of responsibility
- Personnel, professional and organisational management of the tax department with six team members or deputy
- Ensuring legally compliant assessment, tax collection, register management and tax return procedures
- Possibly assessment of real estate capital gains tax
- Responsibility for budget and periodic tax accounts
- Customer contacts at the counter, on the phone and in writing
Your profile
- Higher commercial or business administration education with several years of experience in taxation (assessment competence)
- Strong leadership skills with a sense for staff development
- Organisational skills, personal responsibility and assertiveness
- Service-oriented manner as well as very good written and oral expression
- Team-oriented and supportive personality with negotiation skills and open communication style
