Electrician as Service Technician for UPS Systems in the Greater Bern Area

As a successful company operating throughout Switzerland in the field of Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems with locations in Münsingen (BE), Hünenberg (ZG) and Giubiasco (TI), we are looking to complement our team by appointment with a younger individual for the varied and exciting role of Service Technician (100% employment) based in Münsingen, in the Greater Bern area, with a work area covering the whole of Switzerland.

Tasks:

- Installation and commissioning of UPS and battery systems

- Maintenance and repair of UPS and battery systems

- Coordination and preparation of maintenance and orders

- Participation in the on-call organisation

- Provision of technical documentation

- Administrative tasks such as protocols, reports, etc.

Requirements:

- Completed apprenticeship as an electrician, assembly electrician

or automation technician EFZ or equivalent electrical training

- Experience in the UPS field is an advantage

- Independent, reliable and responsible

- Proactive, sociable and a team player

- Swiss German as mother tongue

- Good English or Italian and

French skills are an advantage
