Thömus has stood for Swiss engineering, innovation and passion for cycling for over 30 years. From the first design to final assembly, we build our bikes in Switzerland – individually, with high quality and great attention to detail.
The sales back office (VID) ensures that all customer orders are processed efficiently, transparently and on time. As a central interface, the sales back office provides clear information on orders, backlogs and delivery dates.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for you: a committed, communicative and entrepreneurial-minded person as a Sales Back Office Employee (with potential to lead the VID) at Thömus AG.
Your tasks – you make a difference:
- You create transparency over all open orders, backlogs and delivery dates
- You communicate about availability, delays and causes and, if necessary, look for solutions
- You manage the orders
- You coordinate and distribute tasks (purchasing/production/logistics and product management) and follow up if necessary to ensure execution
- You manage KPI management
You are the central information point for sales, production and purchasing
Your profile – what you bring:
- You have completed commercial training or training in retail
- You have experience in sales back office (possibly already in a leadership role)
- You are proficient in German spoken and written and have knowledge of French (English skills are an advantage)
- You are confident in using MS Office and ERP programmes
- As a communicative personality, you bring team spirit, initiative and quality awareness.
- You are resilient and have a customer-oriented and independent working style
- Knowledge of the bicycle industry is an advantage
- Potential to take over VID management
