What you can achieve
- Continuous improvement and further development of ICT processes and instructions taking into account the relevant laws, standards, and requirements in the Integrated Management System (IMS).
- Checking compliance with these set standards in ICT projects and ongoing ICT operations through audits.
- Coordinating and supporting ICT process and instruction topics beyond organizational boundaries.
- Supporting project and line units in all ICT quality matters.
- Leads and manages a framework for process- and quality-related ICT KPIs.
What you bring with you
- Proven experience in audit, quality, and process management, preferably in ICT and/or highly regulated environments.
- Solid knowledge of various standards, norms, and legal bases, as well as experience in deriving concrete requirements (NIST SP 800-171, NISPOM, ISO9001, ISO 27001, BPMN 2.0, IKT-Grundschutz BUND and others).
- Independence, assertiveness, quick comprehension, and passion for laws, standards, and processes in the ICT environment.
- Fluent German and English skills.
- Degree in IT or quality and process management at the university of applied sciences level or a comparable education.
- Experience in federal or security environments is an advantage.
