Legal Counsel Medical Liability (m/f/d)

• Comprehensive handling of medical liability cases of the cantonal hospitals and psychiatric institutions
• Independent negotiation with patients, legal representatives, and insurers
• Legal advice and representation of the cantonal hospitals and psychiatric institutions
• Implementation of prevention activities
• Representation of the Head of Medical Liability during their absence

• Law degree, preferably qualified as a lawyer
• CAS in Liability and Insurance Law or willingness to complete it
• Several years of experience in liability law and/or social insurance law
• Interest in medical law issues as well as claims handling
• Affinity and experience with the application "Leonardo"
• Social competence, teamwork, negotiation skills, and pleasant manner
• Initiative, confident personality with conceptual and communicative skills
