Your Tasks

• You take on daily or shift responsibility
• You work directly in care with a workload of 30-60% and support staff in complex care situations
• You independently and thoroughly manage the electronic care documentation
• You actively participate in the development and implementation of concepts
• Together with the other vocational trainers, you are responsible for the training of FaGe and AGS apprentices

Your Profile

• Training as a Health Specialist EFZ
• Or completion of a profession with an equivalent qualification with the necessary professional knowledge in the FaGe area
• Course certificate as a vocational trainer or at least an SVEB1 certificate
• Good oral and written German skills
• Residents and staff are at the centre of your actions
• In addition, you are an organisational talent
