Together with our client, a company in the social sector, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a Head of Accounting 80-100% for a meaningful organisation with diverse services and social value. Your tasks with the new employer

• As a central specialist, you are responsible together with your team for the entire accounting and ensure transparent and reliable financial data
• You prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to OR and Swiss GAAP FER and create reliable decision-making bases
• You independently prepare cost accounting and provide reliable foundations for well-founded business decisions
• Additionally, you take on the personnel and professional leadership of two people and assume selected tasks in human resources

You offer your new employer

• You have a commercial basic education as well as further training in finance and accounting or a comparable qualification
• You already bring at least two years of professional experience in accounting
• You communicate confidently in German and are proficient in using Abacus and common MS Office applications
• High social competence, a respectful approach, and empathetic collaboration characterise you
