About the offer
Under the responsibility of the general management, the quality coordinator organizes, coordinates, leads, and ensures the follow-up of the quality improvement and risk management process.
Main responsibilities:
- Manage the quality system
- Monitor the implementation of quality improvement programs, in collaboration with committees and service managers, in line with the quality policy defined by management
- Lead the Quality Commission and support working groups and teams in implementing quality action plans
- Ensure follow-up of corrective, preventive, and improvement actions
- Maintain certifications and manage internal audits
- Establish and maintain a sustainable Quality culture
- Contribute to and manage activity monitoring, in collaboration with general management
Document system management
- Organize document management
- Provide technical support for the creation, distribution, updating, and archiving of documents.
Management control
- Ensure the reporting process of Quality indicators in collaboration with the management committee and service managers
- Supervise and provide methodological support for risk assessment in collaboration with all concerned parties.
Desired profile:
- Education in the higher health field or considered equivalent
- Training in quality management, university level CAS, DAS, MAS or considered equivalent
- Excellent computer and organizational skills
- Project management experience
- Dynamic, rigorous, pedagogical person with team spirit and field experience, capable of organization, autonomy, and communication
- Excellent command of the French language.
