Your Tasks
- Operational management and leadership of the international direct team in day-to-day business
- Co-development and expansion of the personnel base
- Co-acquisition of new customers and transport partners
- Development and expansion of own vehicle fleet or in-house production
- Scheduling of contractors (partial and full loads) including round-trip trucks
- Customer communication in daily business
- Price negotiations with partners and contractors in daily business
- Freight space calculation
- Decision-making in special cases during processing
- Cost controlling
Your Profile
- You have completed training as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk (m/f/d)
- Several years of experience in leading employees in long-distance transport is an advantage
- You have very good knowledge of common MS Office programmes
- Good English skills are required, additional foreign languages are an advantage
- You work in a structured, independent and responsible manner
- Your communication skills and social competence enable professional customer care as well as appreciative employee leadership
- You have a strong quality and cost awareness
