YOUR PROFILE

• You have completed your commercial training, preferably in the field of trust services
• In recent years (at least two) you have gained initial professional experience in the areas of financial and payroll accounting, VAT and possibly corporate tax
• You are characterised by a customer-oriented, quality-conscious way of working and possess a quick grasp as well as entrepreneurial thinking
• Continuous learning is a matter of course for you, and you are willing to develop professionally in the trust sector or already have corresponding plans
• You communicate confidently in German and proficiently in English (spoken and written)

YOUR TASKS

• You independently manage accounting (general and subsidiary ledgers) for our clients using various accounting software (especially Abacus, but also bexio and other tools)
• You prepare annual and interim financial statements, supported by the experienced team, and create periodic reconciliations and evaluations
• Together with the seniors, you advise our clients on accounting and tax matters
• You prepare VAT declarations as well as VAT annual reconciliations and prepare tax returns for legal entities and individuals
• You support us in administrative matters, internal projects and participate in the continuous development of the team and company
• If interested, you support the team with client mandates in payroll and/or auditing
