These are your tasks
- You collect, analyse and describe needs and requirements and create a clear understanding of the product to be developed
- You check the requirements for completeness and feasibility and maintain the requirements documentation
- You support the Product Owner, architects and product managers in developing and prioritising features and user stories
- As a link between stakeholders and development teams, you ensure clear communication and make sure all parties are on the same page
- In collaboration with other Requirements Engineers and your team, you actively improve the quality of requirements engineering and the products to be developed
What you bring with you
- Completed business informatics or computer science education
- Several years of experience in business analysis (process modelling, requirements engineering), UX knowledge and use of Gen-AI tools are advantageous
- Strong team and communication skills as well as enjoyment in coaching others and sharing knowledge
- Organisational skills and an agile mindset
- Good German and English skills
