Join our team at the Amriswil location in the Thurgau Employer Service!
We are looking for a committed personality, preferably with experience in gastronomy / hospitality.

• You build sustainable relationships with employers, recruitment agencies, and institutions
• You advise on job postings and reportable professions
• You record job offers, select suitable candidates, and coordinate with the personnel consultant and employers
• In personnel consulting, you analyze the professional situation of the job seeker together and define an effective reintegration strategy
• In both positions, insurance-related tasks as well as administrative work around the dossier are included
• If interested, you engage in internal projects

• Completed 3-year vocational training EFZ and several years of professional experience in recruiting, placement, or similar areas
• Preferably you have professional experience in gastronomy or hospitality
• Further training as an HR specialist (certificate) or willingness to obtain it
• Interest in the Eastern Swiss labor market and a sense for trends
• You reside in the region
• Initiative, communication skills, and team spirit
