Certified Nurse as the Main Responsible Trainer 80 – 100% 80-100%

We are currently looking for a certified nurse as the main responsible trainer for a family-run senior center in Zurich. Ideally, we want someone who shows a lot of presence, so your workload would be at least 80%. If you are available immediately, that would be a huge advantage for you.

• In this role, you assist with the recruitment of apprentices, students, and interns
• You help trainees improve their quality and integrate into professional everyday life
• You are always looking for solutions and maintain an open dialogue with the management in the company
• Your exciting area of responsibility also includes preparing internal training sessions and conducting teaching events

• For this position, you need vocational training as a Certified Nurse HF/FH or an equivalent SRK recognition
• You have completed pedagogical training and can present the SVEB certificate
• You have already worked with trainees in your previous positions and now want to take it to the next level
• Enjoying working with trainees is essential, and you should always have an open ear
