• Ensuring the monitoring of ongoing application operations
• Advising and supporting users in the areas of application and process handling
• Analyzing and resolving application-related disruptions and errors
• Collaborating in the maintenance and further development of interfaces between applications
• Creating or assisting with change requests for application developers
• Building and providing applications in cooperation with stakeholders
• Creating, updating, maintaining, and managing documentation such as operating manuals, user manuals, and instructions
• Technical consulting for questions arising from demands or projects.
• Defining the necessary measurement points for monitoring, setting thresholds for alarms, and describing measures.

• You enjoy working in a process-oriented environment and respond flexibly to priority changes
• You can prioritize your tasks well according to deadlines

• At least a federal certificate of competence in computer science or equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience in a comparable role
• Fluent German and good English skills in spoken and written form
