This is the job – your main tasks

• Taking over work packages or project responsibility as well as managing internal and external teams as a content sparring partner for clients from the public administration at specialist and management level

• Active development of long-term customer relationships, identification of follow-up potentials and development of new opportunities together with senior management with the aim of gradually taking on your own customer responsibility

• Close cooperation with senior managers and engagement managers as well as use of targeted sponsorship and mentoring on the way to client lead

• Active shaping of the consulting offer by contributing new topics, methods or internal initiatives and thus shaping the further development of Eraneos Switzerland

This job is for you if …

• … a completed university degree from a renowned university (ETH, HSG, EPFL or similar) at least at master’s level with a strong academic record forms your basis

• … initial relevant experience in consulting, transformation, technology, strategy, public sector or a demanding in-house role is already part of your path

• … entrepreneurial thinking, the willingness to take customer responsibility and the ambition to position yourself long-term as a trusted sparring partner at C-level drive you

• … high self-motivation and the personal claim to deliver commercial and content excellence shape your actions – driven from within rather than by external pressure

• … very good German and English skills at least at C1 level complete your profile; French is a plus
