(Senior) Consultant – Strategic Client Leadership & Project Delivery

This is the job – your main tasks

• Taking on work packages or project responsibility as well as managing internal and external teams as a substantive sparring partner for clients at specialist and management level
• Actively building long-term client relationships, identifying follow-up potentials and developing new opportunities together with senior management with the aim of gradually taking on your own client responsibility
• Close collaboration with senior managers and engagement managers as well as using targeted sponsorship and mentoring on the path to client lead
• Active shaping of the consulting offering by contributing new topics, methods or internal initiatives and thus influencing the further development of Eraneos Switzerland

This job is for you if…

• … a completed university degree from a renowned university (ETH, HSG, EPFL or similar) at least at master’s level with a strong academic record forms your basis
• … initial relevant experience in consulting, transformation, technology, strategy, public sector or a demanding in-house role is already part of your path
• … entrepreneurial thinking, the willingness to take client responsibility and the ambition to position yourself long-term as a trusted sparring partner at C-level drive you
• … high self-motivation and the personal claim to deliver commercial and substantive top performance shape your actions – driven from within rather than by external pressure
• … very good German and English skills at least at C1 level complete your profile; French is a plus
