Team Leader West Disposition

Your tasks:

- Analyze, transmit, and follow up on client requests in accordance with applicable rules
- Participate in projects for the implementation of new clients (Disposition perspective)
- Support operational managers in various administrative aspects
- Ensure telephone coverage between 07:30 and 17:30 in collaboration with the team
- Plan the team’s schedules
- Manage the Dispo team (set objectives, control results, time stamps, vacations), monitor and follow up on team performance
- Active participation in various meetings
- Ticketing system reference & system support: Manage access/incidents, on-site training, report development, and improvement projects in coordination with Business Solutions and KAMs
- Field presence & operational interface: Regular client visits, direct support to OPS and managers, reporting and resolving system issues

Your profile:

- Diploma or CFC as a commercial employee
- Continuing education in the administrative field
- Several years of proven experience in a similar position in the service sector
- Proficiency in French
- English B2, German is an asset
- Very good knowledge of the Office suite
- Communicative personality with team spirit
- Ease in contacts
- Strong customer orientation
- Empathy, respect, discretion, kindness
- Sense of service and attention to detail
