Your Tasks
For our business unit 'Weighing & Instrument Components' (MTWIC), which leads the industrialisation and production of laboratory scales and other high-resolution gravimetric instruments, terminals, MFR force sensors, and circuit boards for the entire MT group, we are looking for a committed and independent
Operator / PCBA SMT (Surface Mounted Technology) in a 3-shift operation 100% (all genders)
In this role, you will undertake the following activities:
- Setting up all production equipment.
- Operating the equipment and ensuring material supply on the production lines.
- Quality control on all equipment.
- Recording faults in the quality system.
- Making corrections to the placement programmes.
- Storing components, material control, and preparing orders from the component warehouse.
- Operating the labelling machine.
- Printing circuit boards.
- Feeding and preparing components.
We require the following for this position:
* Several years of professional experience in electronics manufacturing, preferably SMT
* Basic PC skills, SAP user knowledge is an advantage
* Experience in handling equipment and tools
* Very good German language skills, spoken and written
* Strong quality awareness and excellent teamwork skills
* Appropriate behaviour in decision-making and conflict situations
* Natural assertiveness, implementation and communication skills, as well as coordination ability
* Willingness and flexibility for 3-shift work
