- Provide care, support, and ensure safety for clients during the night.
- Be on standby during off-peak hours for additional assistance.
Skills
- Completed nursing education (Dipl. Pflegefachperson, FaGe, FaBe, SRK).
- Motivated and engaged personality with a positive attitude.
- Flexible and resilient with work hours.

The Discherheim Foundation in Solothurn supports and cares for adults with disabilities. In the residential sector, we are looking for a new team member from 1 November 2026 or by arrangement as
On-call Night Watch for 5 - 7 Nights per Month
Your Tasks
- You support the main night watch from 21:00 - 23:00 and 5:30 - 7:00 as well as actively assist with care, nursing, and ensuring the safety of clients during the night as needed. During the remaining time, you are on-site on standby (passive)

- You have completed nursing training (Dipl. Nurse, FaGe, FaBe, SRK)
- You are a motivated and committed individual with a positive mindset
- You have professional experience (returnees are also welcome)
- You are resilient and flexible in working hours
