Gardener - Foreman with Leadership Experience

• Independent management and coordination of construction sites in gardening and landscaping
• Professional guidance and training of the construction site team as well as apprentices
• Execution of all gardening work on site
• Organisation and planning of work preparation including material and machine deployment
• Communication with customers as well as construction and project management; preparation of daily and time reports

• Completed training as a gardener EFZ in gardening and landscaping
• Experience in the role of foreman
• Sound knowledge in reporting as well as material management and procurement
• Strong leadership skills, teamwork, and sense of responsibility
• Good German language skills, driving licence, and a neat appearance

• Working in a motivated team with collegial cohesion
