General Contractor Site Manager

• Actively participate in the realisation of construction projects involving all trades
• Plan, coordinate, develop, monitor the progress of sites and manage site teams in general or total contracting
• Coordinate your contractors in the planning and execution of the project
• Ensure compliance with safety rules and PHSE, establish controls according to the quality assurance plan and the company’s internal management system
• Ensure compliance with contractual elements (deadlines, costs, quality, etc.)
• Manage the financial aspects of the sites
• Coordinate subcontractors and manage their technical and financial aspects
• Prepare tender documents and manage their technical and financial aspects
• Research and propose execution alternatives

• You hold an engineering degree
• At least 5 years’ experience in General Contracting
• You have a sense of responsibility and organisation
• You are proactive, autonomous, rigorous and have a sense of priorities
