Your Tasks
- Leading a team of around 15 employees in internal and field sales with clear expectations and support through consistent coaching
- Responsibility for sales and market development of the sales region; you define binding sales targets, control KPIs and initiate effective measures early on
- Ensuring that existing customers are systematically further developed and that the region pursues a clear, sustainable strategy for acquiring new customers
- Ensuring constant pipeline, visit, and forecast management
- Operational management of the sales region including lean and functional processes
- Close and solution-oriented collaboration with all relevant interfaces
- Confident and assured representation of the sales region with direct customers, agencies, and internal stakeholders
You Bring
- Several years of leadership experience in demanding sales organizations and successful management of larger teams (at least 10+ employees)
- Proven track record in building and further developing regional markets as well as coaching and scaling sales teams
- Knowledge of the media industry - ideally OOH - or the ability to quickly grasp new offer and product logics and translate them into sales success
- Open and clear communication, assertiveness, high decision speed, and an analytical view of the market and opportunities
- Focused working style and the ability to organize yourself and your team in a structured way
- Empathetic but clear leadership in which you take responsibility and share decisions
- Confident German language skills
