Operations Staff: Service Attache on Call

Job number 5710 a Premium Lounge at Zurich Airport location CH-8058 - Minor employment

Your responsibilities

• Prepare the lounge area according to specifications before opening
• Provide lounge customers with efficient and friendly service, ensuring all needs are recognised and met
• Actively build relationships and interact with customers
• Responsible and careful handling of food, beverages and work equipment
• Responsible for the cleanliness of the assigned station
• Refill and clean the service station according to the cleaning plan, leaving the service station clean for the following day
• General cleaning tasks
• Daily exchange/feedback with supervisor
• The Premium Lounge operates 7 days a week

What we expect from you

• Experience in service is an advantage
• Communicative and open personality with enjoyment of guest contact
• Quick comprehension, independent, flexible and highly motivated
• Strong team spirit
• Good German and English skills, spoken and written
