Your tasks
- Under professional supervision of social workers and social pedagogues, implementation and support of socio-educational group and individual offers.
- Support in cooperation with authorities, legal guardians, cost bearers, and other external institutions.
- Participation in case discussions, team and handover meetings.
- Cooperative collaboration in a multiprofessional team consisting of social work, social pedagogy, nursing and therapy.
- Participation in networking within the psychosocial support system and coordination of further assistance.
Your profile
- Successfully completed bachelor's degree in Social Work (B.A.), Social Pedagogy (B.A.) or a comparable course of study in the social field
- Structured, independent and responsible way of working as well as pronounced ability to reflect
- High degree of empathy, communication skills and sensitivity in dealing with mentally ill people
- Ideally first professional experience in social work, social pedagogy, psychiatric care or in the psychosocial field; career starters are also welcome
- Interest in working in a multiprofessional team as well as cooperation with relatives, authorities and external institutions
- Driving licence class B required
