Your Impact
- Independently and proactively manage a diverse client portfolio with SMEs from a wide range of industries and legal forms, as well as branches of international clients.
- Advise and support clients comprehensively in the areas of financial, accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting, as well as on tax matters – in close collaboration with our tax experts.
- Undertake external assignments in finance and accounting at national and international companies.
- Promote professional development within the team through coaching, mentoring and targeted knowledge transfer.
- Contribute to acquiring new clients and preparing proposals, and drive the continuous optimisation and digitalisation of processes through modern technologies and tools.
Your Skill Set
- Completed further education at the level of a professional certificate, business administration HF/FH in accounting & controlling, or currently training to become a certified fiduciary expert.
- Several years of experience in a comparable environment and experience in independently managing demanding mandates.
- German as a native language and very good English skills.
- Analytical, precise and results-oriented working style; open, team-oriented, responsible and flexible.
- Skilled in leading a small team and happy to take on coaching tasks.
- Confident IT user with a winning and service-oriented personality.
