About the job
Your area of responsibility
- Implementation of internal and legal regulations regarding player protection and anti-money laundering
- Analysis and evaluation of customer account data (especially playing behaviour, transactions and player documents) as well as taking appropriate measures
- Documentation of results in various software applications
- Written and telephone contact with our customers
- Close cooperation with the Payments and Customer Service departments
- Regular exchange with our external partner
What you bring
- Completed commercial basic training or equivalent education
- Quick comprehension
- Ability to recognise risk situations and act in compliance with processes and guidelines
- Assertiveness
- Very good German skills, French and Italian skills are an advantage
- Impeccable reputation (criminal and debt enforcement register extracts will be requested before contract conclusion)
- Minimum age 18 years
