Matthias, Patric, Dennis and other colleagues from the Trading Execution team are looking for reinforcement. In other words: you!

Your new job

• Management of the execution team for securities and derivatives as well as personnel and professional leadership of employees and ensuring the correct execution of orders
• Active participation in day-to-day business, leading from within the team
• Leading the team through an upcoming efficiency increase: analysing existing processes, developing improvements and implementing them together with the team
• Coaching and supporting the employees
• Representing the team internally and externally and coordinating collaboration with other areas of the bank (front to back)
• Implementation of new regulatory requirements

What we benefit from

• University degree in economics or natural sciences as well as several years of experience in execution (securities and derivatives)
• Initial leadership experience, ideally in managing change
• A sense for critically questioning processes and pragmatically implementing improvements, with a high affinity for IT
• A leadership style based on trust and clarity that takes the team along
• Convincing communication and confident appearance towards internal and external partners
• Fluent in German and English. French is a plus
