Our Swiss tech company KEMARO AG launched the world's first autonomous dry cleaning robot for industrial use – the K900 – in 2018. The first employee was hired in November 2019, and in the meantime, nearly 60 employees are working at the Eschlikon TG site.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for an immediate or agreed upon:
Electronics Intern 80-100%
In an international and interdisciplinary team, we develop our autonomous robot for industrial cleaning. The latest technical innovations are necessary for various application areas and markets, which you can actively help shape. Your Tasks
- Creation of circuit diagrams and layouts with Altium Designer
- Development of new circuits, as well as design of test PCBs
- Support in the development and construction of electronic prototypes
- Wiring, assembly, and commissioning of prototypes and test setups
- Performing simple function tests and troubleshooting on electronic assemblies
- Close collaboration with development engineers in electronics and software
Your Profile
- Studies or training in electrical engineering, electronics, mechatronics, or comparable fields
- First experience with Altium Designer or comparable EDA tools
- Basic knowledge in circuit technology, PCB design, and electronics development
- Interest in robotics, prototyping, and new technologies
- Independent, careful, and structured working style
- Enjoyment of practical activities in the laboratory/prototype construction
