Our client is a leading competence centre in long-term care and offers a home to around 300 residents. Nestled in a natural environment, the company is characterised by a respectful corporate culture as well as modern infrastructure and places great importance on the professional development of its employees. To support the team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed individual as Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH Gerontopsychiatry (80-100%).

Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH Gerontopsychiatry

- Care and nursing of residents during day and late shifts

- Collaboration with relatives, authorities, doctors and therapists

- Taking over organisational and professional daily responsibility

- Supervision of students and trainees

- Implementation and further development of the quality management system according to ISO 9001 and RAI

- Support of smooth shift operations and cross-departmental cooperation

- Diploma DNII/HF/FH in nursing

- Interest in gerontopsychiatry and related topics

- Very good communication skills and empathy

- High respect for elderly and mentally ill people

- Knowledge of RAI and Easy Dok is an advantage

- Strong sense of responsibility as well as quality and cost awareness

- Flexibility and openness to modern nursing philosophy
