About the job
What you can achieve
- You support the sales team in the Food Service sector with your authentic and likeable manner.
- Independent route planning and efficient management of your sales area in the region Graubünden, St.Gallen, Appenzell, Thurgau and Glarus.
- You maintain personal care, build solid customer relationships and win new customers through persuasiveness.
- You recognise the needs of existing customers excellently and develop them further.
- Participation in meetings and training sessions as well as continuous market observation and target monitoring.
What you bring with you
- Completed training in the food sector (e.g. cook, dairy technologist, baker/confectioner), ideally with further training in sales.
- Experience in field service and sales flair, preferably in a similar position.
- Sound knowledge of the mentioned regions.
- Flexibility, resilience and a high level of service orientation combined with initiative.
- Empathetic communication for good collaboration with customers, internal/external stakeholders and within the team.
- Valid driving licence (category B) and openness to change as well as new challenges.
